PONT project aims at promoting an effective use of mutual trust instruments, in particular Framework Decision (FD) 2008/947/JHA Supervision of Probation Measures and Alternative Sanction and FD 2009/829/JHA Supervision Order. One of the activities of this project is to provide training to the competent authorities and other stakeholders in dealing with these two FDs.
An online course on Moodle platform has been developed by the project that would help practitioners to better understand and use these FDs. The course was launched in September 2020.
The online course is free of charge and it takes around three hours to complete. At the end, those who finish the tests will receive a graduation certificate from the University of Bucharest.
