* receive the request/decision for judicial cooperation | District Courts having jurisdiction over the person’s residence. In case that the senetnced person is subject to a national prooceding, competence to receive and decide lies to court ruling on the case.
| * execute/recognise the measure (if other than the receiving authority) | Supervision of compliance with the probation measures or alternative sanction falls under the competence of the probation service of the district court |
