Yes The rules concerning fingerprints and photographing etc. of a suspect are found in the Prosecution Instructions chapter 11. According to the new The General Civil Penal Code § 162, any person is obliged to state their name, date and year of birth, position, or place of residence to a process server, police officer, or any public authority, when such information is required in the course of public duty, or who in such case states false name, date and year of birth, position, or place of residence, for himself or another, or who aids and abets such refusals or false statement, shall be liable to fines.
