    The EJN launches the EJN Fiches Belges for Montenegro and Serbia

    The EJN Fiches Belges for Montenegro and Serbia have been launched on the EJN website and could be consulted here. Aiming to support the judicial practitioners in preparation of their MLA requests to Montenegro and Serbia, the newly launched Fiches Belges provide information on the legal systems and on the criminal procedures in these countries.
