The European Commission published a new edition of the Handbook on EAW

On 17 November 2023 the European Commission released a new edition of the Handbook on how to issue and execute a European Arrest Warrant (EAW). The Handbook has been published on the EJN website and can be consulted in the Judicial Library section

61st Plenary Meeting of the European Judicial Network

The meeting took place from 7 to 9 November 2023 in Madrid, under the Spanish Presidency of the Council of the EU, with the participation of approximately 130 EJN Contact Points.

Regional meeting of EJN Contact Points in Warsaw, Poland

The 3rd Regional Meeting of Contact Points of the EJN was held in Warsaw on 9 and 10 October 2023. The meeting was attended by contact points from the National Prosecutor's Office, the Ministry of Justice, regional and circuit prosecutor's offices as well as invited foreign guests.
