Spanish Law 23/2014, of 20 November of mutual recognition of criminal decisions in the European Union (English official version provided by the Ministry of Justice of Spain) (in force: 11/12/2014):
It is a Law regarding mutual recognition instruments and it implements the following Framework Decisions:
2009/299/JHA - on Decisions rendered in absentia.
2006/783/JHA – on Confiscation Orders
2008/909/JHA – on Custodial sentences
2005/214/JHA - on Financial Penalties
2003/577/JHA – on Freezing Orders
2008/947/JHA – on Probation
2009/829/JHA – on Supervision measures
It also includes the Framework Decision on European Arrest Warrant (with important changes for issuing warrants based on proporcionality) European Protection Order and European Evidence Warrant.
This new Law withdraws the Spanish Laws implementing several mutual recognition instruments, namely Ley 3/2003 on European Arrest Warrant, Ley 18/2006 on Freezing Orders, Ley 1/2008 on Financial Penalties and Ley 4/2010 on Confiscation Orders.

e) Directive 2013/40/EU - on attacks against information systems and replacing Council Framework Decision 2005/222/JHA.
f) Directive 2014/42/UE - on the freezing and confiscation of instrumentalities and proceeds of crime in the European Union.
g) Directive 2014/62/EU - on the protection of the euro and other currencies against counterfeiting by criminal law, and replacing Council Framework Decision 2000/383/JHA.
