In line with the procedure described in the calls for application for Funding for the organization of Meetings of the EJN Contact Points in the Member States - Regional and National meetings - 2018, the Evaluation Committee has assessed the proposals that were received within the deadline for application, as published on the EJN website.

The EJN Secretariat would like to inform that the Authorizing Officer, as per the recommendation of the Evaluation Committee, has decided to award a maximum of 5.000 EUR per meeting and up to 95% of the eligible costs for the organization of the following meetings:

CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE REGARDING THE ORGANISATION OF EJN REGIONAL AND EJN NATIONAL MEETINGS 2018

Dear EJN Contact Points,

Please find enclosed calls for application for financial assistance for the organisation of EJN Meeting in the Member States - Regional and National meetings 2018. The call is also published as of today on the EJN website http://www.ejn-crimjust.europa.eu/ejn/, along with relevant documents, under Funding for EJN meetings.

The period for the meetings is between 1 May and 12 October 2018, therefore applications for financial assistance of the meeting taking place before and after this period will not be taken into consideration.

Should you be interested in applying, please read carefully the enclosed documents with the instructions and make sure to provide all the requested information.

The deadline for applications is 12 February 2018.

In line with the procedure described in the calls for application for Funding for the organisation of Meetings of the EJN Contact Points in the Member States - Regional and National meetings - 2017, the Evaluation Committee has assessed the proposals that were received within the deadline for application, as published on the EJN website.

I am very glad to inform you that the Authorising Officer, as per the recommendation of the Evaluation Board, has decided to award a maximum of 5.000 EUR per meeting and up to 95% of the eligible costs for the organisation of the following meetings:

CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE REGARDING THE ORGANISATION OF EJN REGIONAL AND EJN NATIONAL MEETINGS 2017

Please find below the call for applications for financial assistance regarding the organisation of EJN Regional and National meetings 2017 and related documents.

The Meetings for which financial assistance can be sought under this Call for Proposals should take place from 1 May to 15 October 2017.

The maximum amount of EUR 5.000 may be awarded as financial assistance per meeting as per Annual Work Programme of the EJN Secretariat. Only 95% of the total eligible costs incurred by an applicant may be reimbursed from the EU budget as part of the financial assistance under this Call for Proposals.

Dear Contact Points,

We would like to inform you that in line with the procedure described in the calls for application for financial assistance for the organisation of EJN Regional and National meetings in 2016, the Evaluation Committee has reviewed, on 2 March 2016 the proposals for regional and national meetings received by the EJN Secretariat within the deadline for the application, as published on the EJN website.

The period for the meetings is between May and November 2016, therefore applications for financial assistance of the meeting taking place before and after this period will not be taken into consideration.

The maximum amount of EUR 5.000 may be awarded as financial  assistance per meeting, which may be up to 95% of the total eligible costs incurred.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION OF EJN NATIONAL AND REGIONAL MEETINGS 2015


Dear Contact Points,

We would like to inform you that following the procedure described in the “Call for applications to provide financial support for the organisation of Regional and National Meetings 2015”, the Evaluation Board has reviewed, on 9 February 2015, 6 (six) proposals for regional meetings and 6 (six) proposals for national meetings received by the EJN Secretariat within the deadline for the application, as published in the website. Accordingly, it has been decided to award a maximum of EUR 5.000/ meeting and up to 95% of the eligible costs for the organisation of regional meetings to 3 (three) applications and for the organisation of national meetings to 3 (three) applications, as follows:

We would like to inform you that following the procedure described in the “Call for applications to provide financial support for the organisation of Regional and National Meetings 2014”, the Evaluation Board has reviewed, on 7 April, the 8 (eight) proposals received by the EJN Secretariat within the deadline for the application, as published in the website. Accordingly, it has been decided to award a maximum of EUR 4.000.- and up to 95% of the eligible costs for the organisation of the Regional Meetings to 7 (seven) applications:

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION OF EJN NATIONAL AND REGIONAL MEETINGS 2013
