National Implementing Measures provided to the European Commission

Legislation process has been completed by the adoption of the Act No. 527/2020 Sb. (in most parts entered in force on 1 January 2021) amending the Act No. 253/2008 Coll., on selected measures against legitimisation of proceeds of crime and financing of terrorism and by the adoption of the Act No. 37/2021 Sb. (enters in force on 1  June 2021).
