Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

Access to documents used in criminal proceedings can be arranged on a police-to-police cooperation basis if the consent of the witness is forthcoming. If consent is not given or is not possible an application can be made to the court for access to the documents. (See response to Measure 402 in relation to the procedure relating to the production of documents).
