a. Special requirements | N/A | b. Other useful information | Where the ownership of the property is undisputed, it may be returned under the 1959 Convention to the state where the owner resides. Also the return of property after handing it over to the requesting state for evidentiary purposes may be waived, if the restitution of the property to its rightful owner may thereby be facilitated. In other respects the provisions of the MLA 2000 Convention apply.
