Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation? | Yes. This kind of observation constitutes a special form of general observation, cf. measure 801. In general, Danish procedural law differentiates between whether the tracking devise is placed on the outside of the vehicle – not a coercive measure – or inside, which is a coercive measure requiring a court order. See measure 801. |
