Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

Central Unit “Criminal Records” is the body that performs the obligations of the Ministry of Justice as central authority under international bilateral and multilateral contracts and acts of the EU referring to acceptance and provision of information about criminal records from and to other states. When a request from the central authority of another member-state is received that refers to provision of information from the register of criminal records for the purposes of criminal proceedings, the Central Unit “Criminal Records” shall provide this information describing: verdicts and decisions issued in the Republic of Bulgaria with regard to persons with Bulgarian citizenship; verdicts issued in other member-states with regard to persons with Bulgarian citizenship that were transferred, kept and recorded in the register of criminal records; court acts issued in third states with regard to persons with Bulgarian citizenship that were transferred to the Central Unit “Criminal Records”. In cases when the central authority of another member-state requests information from the register of criminal records that refers to a citizen of another member-state, a citizen of a third state or a persons without citizenship, the Central Unit “Criminal Records” shall render a certificate of criminal records for the purposes of criminal proceedings that contains all convictions and imposed administrative sanctions under art. 78a of Criminal Code. The certificate /check-up/ of criminal records issued upon written request of a competent authority of a member-state shall contain information about the availability or lack of conviction of citizens by the Bulgarian courts or by the courts abroad, the verdicts accepted for enforcement under the rules of art. 453-477 of Criminal Procedure Code, including about amnesty and exculpation, as well as those for releasing of penal liability by imposing of administrative sanctions under art. 78a of Criminal Code.
