Invitation in particular for CARIN MEMBERS – CEPOL Call for expressions of interest for the establishment of a list of individual external experts

CEPOL, an agency of the European Union dedicated to develop, implement and coordinate training for law enforcement officials, has an open Calls for individual experts | CEPOL (CEPOL-CEI-EE-2024) aimed at setting up a list of external experts from where CEPOL may select the most suitable expert.

The field of expertise may vary: Financial Investigations, Economic Crime, Virtual Currencies and Cryptocurrencies, Anti-Money Laundering, Financial Intelligence and Financial Data Analysis, Procurement Fraud, EU Funds Fraud and Confiscation and Asset Recovery (see document attached below).

Experts on the list may support CEPOL by delivering or contributing to training activities (courses, seminars, conferences and e-learning), by helping identify training needs and develop training content, by supporting the design and implementation of CEPOL programmes and methodologies and/or by contributing to reviews, studies, preparation of technical documents, evaluation of tenders and project follow-up.

Experts are selected based on the experience presented in the application. For CEPOL to be able to invite someone as a short-term expert, the person must first be included in the mentioned experts list. External experts are remunerated and travel and subsistence costs will be reimbursed.
