What are the most important developments?
In this Newsletter, you will be informed of the adopted texts, the on-going negotiations., including the negotiations that opened in the past 6 months on the proposal for a Regulation on preventing the dissemination of terrorist content online and the proposal for a Directive on the protection of persons reporting on breaches of Union law (whistleblowers).
The following ECJ decisions are reported: C-390/16 Lada, C-268/17 AY, C-216/18 PPU LM, C-220/18 PPU ML, C-310/18 PPU Milev, C-327/18 PPU RO, C-207/16 Ministerio Fiscal, C-234/17 XC a.o., C-247/17 Denis Raugevicius, C-551/18 PPU IK and C-514/17 Marin-Simion Sut.
