1/ negotiate about a lower sentence or lenience of the sentence execution and
2/ The type of proposal that can be made to the witness. When the requirements of proportionality and subsidiarity have been met, it is possible to make an arrangement between a witness and the public prosecution service. This arrangement must be verifiable by the judge at the court hearing.
