The request may be executed in a different order if it is requested so by a foreign state and is not in contradiction with basic principles of the criminal procedure of Latvia. Upon request of a foreign state the competent authority may give a permission to representative of a foreign state to participate in the execution of the measure or execution of it in person in the presence of a representative of the requested execution body.
