Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

Person directing criminal proceedings is entitled to request in a written form from physical and legal entities objects and documents relevant to a criminal proceedings. If physical and legal persons do not submit requested objects and documents in the term provided, the person directing criminal proceedings executes search or seizure. Heads of legal entities upon request have the duty within the scope of their competence to execute documentary auditing, inventory, official examination and submit the documents within the set term.
