Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

Yes, although this institute is not regulated by the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Slovak Republic, application of the Second Additional Protocol to the European Convention on mutual assistance in criminal matters (8 November 2001) is possible.

European Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters of April 20, 1959. Second Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (8 November 2001). Convention on Laundering, Search, Seizure and Confiscation of the Proceeds from Crime (8. 11.1 990). Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters between the Member States of the European Union of May 29, 2000.

The Slovak Republic avails itself of the opportunity provided by Article 11, paragraph 4, of the Second Additional Protocol and declares that it reserves its right not to be bound by the conditions imposed by the providing Party unless it receives prior notice of the nature of the information to be provided and agrees to its transmission.

b. Other useful information

Assistance or participation of agents of the requesting State in the execution of the measure is admissible.
