Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

If it is necessary to hide the identity of a person, Prosecutor General indicates in the decision that the person's identification data should be replaced with an assumed name (pseudonym).If a decision provides hiding of a personal identity, a person directing criminal proceedings rewrites all the previously written documents during a criminal proceedings, in which the identification data is recorded, changing only personal identity data as provided by the decision. Originals of the documents are withdrawn from the criminal case and stored together with the decision on determination of a special procedual protection and only person directing criminal proceedings in the criminal proceedings and the prosecutor specially authorised by the Prosecutor General may familiarize themselves with documents.
