Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

Yes. The accused is summoned by a written summons. The summons for the first interrogation must be served on the accused in person. The summons must contain the information that he is summoned as the accused, the legal designation of the criminal offence for which he is summoned and the instruction regarding the consequences of an unexcused absence (forced presentation, adjourning of the hearing at his expense).
