Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation? | Yes. A summons issued to a witness obliges him or her to appear and give evidence in the pretrial investigation or before the Court. |
2. LEGAL FRAMEWORK |
International legal framework applicable for this measure in your Member State | In order to obtain this measure from the Court or a prosecutor, an MLA is compulsory. If an interview is to be held pretrial and doesnt need the involvment of a prosecutor (e.g. there is no need of coercive measures), it is possible to do it within the framework of international police cooperation without an MLA. |
