Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

Yes. Monitoring of the transit via Greece of narcotic drugs and other hallucinating substances, if appropriate confiscating or partly replacing the goods transported illegally. Apart from crimes related to narcotic substances, the measure can be taken in crimes related to terrorism as well as in crimes committed by a criminal organization.

United Nations Convention against illicit Traffic in Narcotic drugs and Psychotropic Substances done in Vienna on 20th December 1988 (Article 11 of Law 1990/1991 as amended by Article 15 of Law 2331/1995)

After the wrtitten authorization of the Public Prosecutor at the Court of Appeal of Athens, the Central Antidrug Coordinative Unit executes the measure
