One of the theree International Public Prosecution Offices- Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmoe-. If the document can be prodused by the mean of a decison of a house search, Swedish prosecutors have the power to decide. It is not necessary to have a domestic court decision from the requesting country. In special situations the District court decides.
