Yes. Examination in order to decide whether the suspect is mentally disordered and whether the conditions for psychiatric care are present.

International legal framework applicable for this measure in your Member State

In order to obtain this measure an MLA is compulsory. It is not necessary to refer to a particular legal framework or convention, neither is it necessary to have a domestic court decision from the requesting country.

The District Court (which court is depending on where the suspect is living). A court order is required.

An MLA should be written in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or in any other language the recieving authority accepts (in practice that is English).
