Council Framework Decision 2009/829/JHA of 23 October 2009 on the application, between Member States of the European Union, of the principle of mutual recognition to decisions on supervision measures as an alternative to provisional detention

The Prosecution Districts of Southern Finland, Western Finland, Eastern Finland, and Northern Finland. The competent prosecution district is determined by the residence of the person. If the residence of the person is not known, the decision can be sent to the Prosecution District of Southern Finland.

* execute/recognise the measure (if other than the receiving authority)

The Prosecution Districts of Southern Finland, Western Finland, Eastern Finland, and Northern Finland. The competent prosecutor's office is determined by the residence of the person.

Accepted languages for the request/decision

Finnish, Swedish and English. If no good translation into Finnish is possible, is is preferable to translate into English.
