ramework Decision 2008/909/JHA on mutual recognition of custodial sentences is being provided for in the Transfer of Sentenced Persons and Transfer of Execution of Sentences Bill, which will be enacted in 2016. Prisons Division of the Department of Justice and Equality will remain responsible for all aspects of transfers of prisoners.
