Denmark will receive requests in Danish, Norwegian, Swedish or English but will also receive requests in French and German although translation may be done at sending states expense.

a. Special requirements

The controlled delivery must concern a crime which is punishable by prison for 12 months in the requesting state and at least 6 months according to Danish law. The circumstances surrounding the controlled delivery must be legal in accordance with Danish law.
