Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation? | Yes. The measure is covered by Articles 18-22 of the Emergency Governmental Ordinance no. 103/2006 on some measures for the facilitating the international police cooperation. |

c) data of the persons involved , according to the documents mentioned in their national or international identity , if known ; d ) the emergency and the level of classification;
