Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation? | Yes. Police officers of a foreign state referred to in Article 41 of the Schengen Convention implementing the Schengen Agreement have a right to pursue in the territory of Finland an offender who was caught in the act of committing an offence or escaped from the territory of the police officer's country, and to apprehend him and carry out a security check.
