Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation? | Yes. This measure is possible under The Criminal Procedure Act of 22 May 1981, section 290.
In case of statements that are contradictory or relate to points on which he refuses to speak or declares that he does not remember. The same applies to any written statement that he has previously made in relation to the case.

* receive the request/decision for judicial cooperation | The letter of request has to be sent to the local public prosecutor's office of the geographical area where the investigating measure has to be executed. If this area is not known, the letter of request has to be sent to the ministry of Justice. | * execute/recognise the measure (if other than the receiving authority) | During the investigation the police may confront the suspect.
