Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation? | Yes. The interest of the witness to be exempted from a confrontation can play a roll in the summoning of a victim / witness, or not disclosing the (full) identity of the person involved, especially in cases with regard to victims of vice crimes. |
