2. LEGAL FRAMEWORK |
International legal framework applicable for this measure in your Member State | Directive 2014/41/EU of 3 April 2014 regarding the European Investigation Order in criminal matters
MLA 2000 Convention. A video conference may be set up pursuant to Article 10 of the Convention when hearing an injured party. The measure may be used both in pre-trial investigation and during court proceedings (see measures 701 and 702).
In relation to Member States not applying the EIO Directive or the Convention, the measure is executed pursuant to Finnish law or following a particular procedure specified in the request.
