Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation? | Summoning persons for the purpose of hearing them as witnesses is possible in the course of preliminary proceedings, as well as in the course of trial. If a witness does not appear voluntarily before the authority that summoned him/her, he/she can be produced or fined.
