Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

Yes. Any property obtained in the course of a criminal investigation may be returned to its rightful owner by an order made by the District Court. This measure is open to any person who claims to be the rightful owner of property. Under s. 84 of the Criminal Justice Mutual Assistance Act 2008 restitution can be arranged. The Central Authority makes arrangements with the requesting / requested state.
