Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation? | Yes. The Criminal Justice (Mutual Assistance) Act 2008 allows for the freezing and confiscation of assets. It is possible to freeze assets under the EU Convention on Mutual Assistance 2000 and Article 9 of the Council Framework Decision 2003/577/JHA of 22 July 2003 on the execution in the European Union of orders freezing property of evidence. |
