Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation? | In case a judicial document has to be served in person in accompliance with the law of the requesting state, the document can be send to the competent authority in the Netherlands (IRC, see Atlas).
In all other situations the document has to be send to the addressee directly.
