Yes. Section 80-82 of the Criminal Justice (Mutual Assistance) Act 2008 provides for the service of judicial documents or summons.

Documents are served by registered post unless the requesting authorities legislation requires personal service. Countries are free to post documents directly to persons in Ireland.

An undertaking must be provided by the requesting authority that if the person attends the court, he/she will not be proceeded against, sentenced, detained or otherwise restricted in his/her personal freedom in that state in respect of any offence committed before his/her departure from the State.
