Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation? | Someone who is suspected or has been accused of a crime is not obliged to produce documents in a criminal case against him.
The rules on search and seizure may be applied.
As part of the investigation of an offence that is subject to public prosecution, a non-suspect may be ordered to produce or hand over objects ("discovery"), including documents, if they: (a) may be used as evidence (b) should be confiscated (c) have been taken in the course of a crime from someone who can claim them back.
