Tests requiring medical expertise may only be performed by medical personnel. If the search is to be thorough, it has to be carried out in a separate room reserved for this purpose. If the test is conducted by a non-health care professional, a third person summoned as a witness should be present. A DNA sample may be taken without consent from the suspect if the most severe punishment is at least four years imprisonment.
