The measure is possible. It should be noted though that the Danish Government has reserved the right not the consent to requests concerning the use of agents in accordance with art. 14(4) see art. 27(2) of the Convention of 29 May 2000 on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters between Member States of the European Union.

* execute/recognise the measure (if other than the receiving authority)

Accepted languages for the request/decision

Denmark will receive requests in Danish, Norwegian, Swedish or English but will also receive requests in French and German although translation may be done at sending states expense.

The decision on the request is taken in each individual case by the Danish authorities with due regard to national law and procedures. Danish law concerning the use of agents can be found in no. 201 ‘Infiltration of under-cover agents of the requested State’.
