Other useful information | If the type or manner of execution of the obligations are not present in the Act, the public prosecutor shall define an obligation pursuant to the Polish law, taking into account the differences in favour of the person against whom criminal proceedings are or were conducted.
If the public prosecutor becomes aware of an infringement of the obligation imposed, they may personally undertake to verify facts in this scope or instruct the Police to do so. Upon consent of the person subject to protection, the public prosecutor may also make a request to the competent commander in chief of the Police for the application of the protection and support means envisaged in the Act on the Protection and Aid for the Injured and Witness. |
