Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation? | Controlled delivery is the movement of goods or other valuables (including substances, means of payment or other financial instruments) in the territory of Latvia or across the State borders and the control of persons associated with such movement the purpose of which is to prevent or detect criminal offences and to ascertain the persons committing such offences if information has been received or there are justified suspicions regarding the association of the goods or other valuables to be moved with criminal offences.
