No, it is not possible. The only possibility foreseen in Spanish the procedural Criminal Law for telephone related to the assistance of an interprester for arrested subjects. Such assistance can be provided by telephone ir needed, unless the judge, the prosecutor or the defendat's counselor otherwise request.
