Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

Yes. The central police record is a list, in the form of extracts, of all the criminal convictions, prison sentences, minor infractions or other decisions stated, incurred by an individual, of Belgian or foreign nationality, before a Belgian court. A serial number is allocated to each individual convicted.
