Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation? | Yes. Provided that certain criteria are met, the police may obtain a person’s name, address, and date of birth and also samples of body fluids, fingerprints, and photographs of the person. |

a. Special requirements | No special requirements apply concerning the obligation to provide the police with name, address, and date of birth.
As a part of the investigation the police may conduct certain invasion of body and privacy against an accused or others.
These invasions of body and privacy falls within the ambit of the rules concerning body searches, so that taking photos follows the rules of superficial body searches, and extraction of blood samples or other comparable samples and similar follow the rules of invasive body searches.
