2. LEGAL FRAMEWORK |
International legal framework applicable for this measure in your Member State | Council Framework Decision 2009/829/JHA of 23 October 2009 on the application, between Member States of the European Union, of the principle of mutual recognition to decisions on supervision mesures as an alternative to provisional detention. |
3. COMPETENT AUTHORITY TO: |

5. EXECUTION DEADLINE |
Deadlines for the execution of the request/decision (where applicable) | Where a certificate has been issued by the Attorney General following receipt of a decision on supervision measures, a court of criminal jurisdiction shall, without delay and no later than fifteen days from the date of receipt of the decision on supervision measures, take all necessary measures for the monitoring of the supervision measures to commence and shall serve such decision on the person to whom the supervision measures refer.
Provided that if a legal remedy has been introduced against the enforcement of the decision, the time limit within which to take the necessary measures shall be extended by a further twenty days. |
