Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

Yes, it’s an investigative technique that allows specific consignments of illicit drugs or other controlled substances to pass through the territory of the UK, the objective of which is to identify those persons involved in a transaction. Such requests can be executed via police co-operation.

Article 11 of the 1988 UN Convention Article 22 of the Convention on Mutual Assistance And Cooperation Between Customs Administrations Article 12 of the Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters between the Member States of the European Union

NCA ICT will still arrange any logistics, transportation and liaison with UKBF.
