The pursuit of a person which is initiated for specific infringements on the territory of one State and continues on that of another, in accordance with Article 41 of the Convention implementing the SCHENGEN Agreement. This measure is not applied on Greek territory at present, as Greece has no common land frontiers with any SCHENGEN countries.
