Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation? | In the Netherlands is no law governing confrontation. Confrontation includes: single confrontation, selection confrontation (line-up / so called "Oslo method"), video-confrontation, multiple photo confrontation, voice recognition, using tracker dogs.
Execution of this measure is similar to the regulations concerning hearing of witnesses (section 702).
