Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

Yes. Hearing a suspect by telephone is possible only in pre-trial investigaton, not in court proceedings. The investigator may allow the suspect to give his statement by telephone, where the case is of lesser importance and the suspect does not dispute the offence, or where the statement merely complements a previously given statement. An authority of the requesting State may, subject to the consent of the investigator-in-charge or the court, participate in the criminal investigation or court proceedings as well as pose questions to the person being examined.
