Yes, it is possible. The applicable law is the Criminal Procedural Act and Act 4/2015, 27th April, on the standing of victims.

a. Special requirements

The victim has special rights during the criminal procedure, namely: the right to understand and to be understood, the right to receive information, the right to interpretation and translation and to access victim support services and to participate activaley during the penal procedure (in line with Directive 2012/29/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2012, implemented in Spanish Law by Act 4/2015).
